The customer is a reputed clothing wear brand with over 2 decades of presence in the North American region. The customer wanted to upscale its already successful online selling model with comprehensive planning. For the same, they were looking for the best Oracle EPM services in US.
The Challenges
The customer is an existing Oracle E-Business Suite client that had primitive planning processes and needed to streamline and improve accuracy. They needed a scalable platform to support continued future growth and possible acquisitions. Furthermore, they needed to eliminate manual processes using Excel to improve visibility and reduce errors, improve accuracy, and streamline financial planning. With a limited budget and tight timelines in order to meet the current year’s planning cycle, ACG performed the implementation and designed the solution.
We conducted an R12 Upgrade assessment that led to a six month upgrade of the entire E-Business Suite, including Process Manufacturing (OPM.) Subsequently, we handled remediation of customizations impacted by the migration to R12, additional RICE elements, and a six month business transformation project to leverage the OPM module for MRP, Manufacturing Execution, and compliance requirements.
