Abstract

The customer is a global manufacturer and distributor of textiles and garments with a huge network of stakeholders across verticals and geographies. Besides catchingup with enormous transformations in technologies, the enterprise has to upgrade its sales structure as the number of products increase.

The business sales & distribution network comprises of manufacturers, channel partners, agents, distributors and retailers.

With SAP Hybris C4C, the business expected to achieve complete digitization for better visibility of sales, service and marketing verticals.

Solution Approach

This was an end-to-end digitization project involving complete migration of customer’s current on-premise solution to SAP Sales Cloud. Given rich experience in development and migration of ERP systems, the ACG team followed the below process –

Implementation

Key objects were scoped out for end to end migration. Following the above process, the ACG team executed a careful movement of the following data objects. Based on the findings in the review phase, the ACG team proposed a plan of 3 weeks including Artifact configuration and system mapping.

Post Implementation Deliverables
The ACG team conducted a comprehensive training workshop for the customer teams. The KT sessions were focused at introducing a completely new system in the cloud. The in-depth preparatory sessions covered managers, regional agents, end users and functional consultants.
